Consecutive interpreting
Suitable for meetings, presentations and conferences where simultaneous translation is not required.
The interpreter translates once the speaker has finished speaking. The advantage of this type of interpreting is that there is no need to use technical resources but its main disadvantage is that it slows down the pace of the presentation, which means that this takes longer and is less natural. This is the preferred method for small groups.
- Advantage: fewer technical resources.
- Disadvantage: slows down the speed of the meeting.
- Spanish, French and German interpreters.
